Ramadan, the Islamic Holy Month, is expected to begin on or around 19 July 2012 and finish on or around 20 August 2012. During this time participating Embassys and Consulates can be closed at random times and refuse visa issuance during these times. Please factor this uncertainty into visa issuance delays.
